I use this on Windows for steam games that do not support cloud saves: using Window's version of symbolic links "mklink /D " where I keep the files in OneDrive. Then the files can exist anywhere but can be accessed from multiple locations (while still only being one instance of the files). ![]() If so, this might work:Create a symbolic link where the saves should load from "./steam/userdata//298610/remote/SaveGames" targeted at the location where the save files are actually located. Steam deck is linux or some unix based OS right? To be clear I don't have a steam deck, but the below helped another steam deck user on discord (I forgot to ask where he found the "remote" directory): ![]() Hi, well sadly we do not support steam deck (at least for now), I am aware that saves are stored into incorrect folder in there (basically same issue is on proton which we do not support as well), but i do not know of any plans to make support for these platform in nearing months.
